GINGOR Spritz is our gingerly twist on the Italian favourite.
Ingredients
- 45 ml GINGOR Elixir
- 100 ml ginger kombucha or ginger beer
- 50 ml sparkling water
- 125 ml ice cubes
- 1 large orange wedge
- Garnish: 2 basil leaves (optional)
Instructions
- Take a large wine glass and fill it with the ice cubes to keep your drink chilled.
- Pour the GINGOR Elixir over the ice.
- Pour in the ginger kombucha or ginger beer.
- Top with sparkling water to add fizz and dilute the drink slightly.
- Use a stirrer or a long spoon to mix the ingredients gently without losing carbonation.

Add the orange wedge and, if you like, a couple of fresh basil or mint leaves for added aroma.
