GINGOR Spritz


GINGOR Spritz is our gingerly twist on the Italian favourite.

Ingredients

  • 45 ml GINGOR Elixir
  • 100 ml ginger kombucha or ginger beer
  • 50 ml sparkling water
  • 125 ml ice cubes
  • 1 large orange wedge
  • Garnish: 2 basil leaves (optional)

Instructions

  1. Take a large wine glass and fill it with the ice cubes to keep your drink chilled.
  2. Pour the GINGOR Elixir over the ice.
  3. Pour in the ginger kombucha or ginger beer.
  4. Top with sparkling water to add fizz and dilute the drink slightly.
  5. Use a stirrer or a long spoon to mix the ingredients gently without losing carbonation.
  6. Add the orange wedge and, if you like, a couple of fresh basil or mint leaves for added aroma.
